Boat part number 1111407 is a new infrared technology propane gas grill from Chef’s Grill, part number IR2818-1 . Commonly used on Montara Pontoon Boats, but may be used on other boats.
The Chef’s Grill INFRARED TECHNOLOGY gas grill provides a powerful 42,000 BTU output and 504 sq. in. of cooking space. The side burner provides 11,000 BTUs, and a 168 sq. in. warming rack provides extra cooking area. A real infrared cooking system, two ceramic burners reflect intense heat off a patent pending stainless cooking reflector.
