1. The battery pack has been stored for a long time without maintenance, or the battery pack can not be discharged normally when connected to the power equipment.
①Please test the battery pack voltage, if the battery pack voltage <8.3V (protection plate lower than the prohibited charging ≤ 8.15V), can not be charged, the battery pack is in accordance with local regulations for disposal. If the voltage ≥ 8.3V is normal, you can isolate the charging, regularly check whether it can be charged normally, and the battery pack can be used normally after fully charged.
2. The battery pack is discharged abnormally.
①Disconnect the power equipment, check whether the instantaneous current of the power equipment is more than 400A, then the battery pack can not be used for the power supply of the equipment (over-current protection)
②Disconnect the power-using equipment, reconnect it, and observe again whether the battery pack can work normally; (over-discharge protection, automatic recovery by disconnecting the load)
③Disconnect the power-using equipment, leave the battery pack for 4~6 hours, and observe the battery pack again to see if it can work normally; (temperature protection, temperature recovery)
3. Abnormalities occur during charging of the battery pack.
①Disconnect the charger, set aside the battery pack for 4~6 hours and observe again whether the battery pack can be charged normally. (Overcharge protection, temperature protection)
If it still can’t charge normally, please consult your dealer to deal with it
