Before stirring the ice cream, let it soften slightly at room temperature，otherwise, the machine will be overloaded and produce large noise. According to the different material, operating in low speed first, then adjust to high speed gradually. During the mixing, follow the mixing head and move the cup up and down slowly until each corner of the cup is reached (if the ice cream is hard, move slowly). Stop 5 minutes every 30 minutes, if need to use longer time.
