The Kidde Battery Operated Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector with LED Lights & Voice Alerts, model 900-CUDR-V, detects smoke, fire & carbon monoxide gas, using a single alarm. Equipped with internal, self-testing components that are always checking to ensure the device is operating as expected, while photoelectric sensing technology provides state-of-the-art smoke and fire detection, giving you peace of mind. Operating on (2) AA batteries (included), the battery-operated smoke & carbon monoxide detector, also features LED warning lights in conjunction with an 85 decibel alarm that alert you to various status: a green light means the unit is in proper working operation, an amber light indicates an operating error, and a red light indicates a smoke, fire, or carbon monoxide incident. If your Kidde smoke alarm senses a potential hazard, it will sound a series of 85-decibel alarms, call out “Fire! Fire!”, and send an alert to your smartphone so you can contact emergency services. The test-hush button allows testing of the alarm, while the hush button allows for temporary silence of the alarm. UL Certified. Includes a 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
