    • 12 grind consistency settings from coarse (cracked) to extra-fine (for bread)
    • Designed for grinding low-moisture non-oily grains including wheat, corn, rye, oats, rice, buckwheat, barley, & millet
    • For fine flour, we recommend grinding your flour twice
    • Do not grain more than 10 cups of flour at a time. After 10 cups of flour have been ground, let the mixer cool for at least 45 minutes before next use
    • *Not suitable for grinding nuts, coffee beans, sesame seeds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, soybeans, and other high-moisture/high-oily grains & nuts
    • Grain mill can be noisy when in use – this is completely normal
