Question:Is there Any case or cover for the chain?
Answer:Yes, the chainsaw comes with a protective hard cover for the chain.


Question:do i use the same bar & chain oil that i use to soak the chain, to also fill the tank with?
Answer:Yes, to soak the chain, you would use the same bar & chain oil that is used to fill the tank. 

Question:Does the reservoir have to be drained after each job or only for storing it?
Answer:Leaking is a common phenomenon resulted from the difference between atmospheric pressure and oiler pressure. We recommend storing the model with no/little oil in the oiler, and placing it properly to make sure the oiler is in an upright position. DO NOT HANG the Model.We recommend checking the oil level before use and refilling the oiler if the remaining oil is below the standard level.
