How to Operate
1. Turn on the power.
2. Turn on the upper and lower temperature control respectively and adjust to the required temperature, the indicator light will be on to indicate that the machine is heating.
3. Turn on the governor switch and the chain will start rolling.
4. Adjust the speed of the chain through the speed control knob, the larger the scale, the slower the chain network rotation, and the color of the bread will deepen, and vice versa.
Notes
1. Please check if the power of the toaster machine complies with your local power or not before using the machine.
2. The commercial toaster should be pre-heat for 10-12 minutes, then bake 1-2 slices of bread for testing and check if the color of the bread is what you want. If the color is too light, and you want a darker color, please adjust the heating button to more than”3″ gear. (Note: The toaster chain network will work slower if the color of the bread is darker).
3. There is a backside bread tray on the back of the toaster, pls put the hook of the back tray down, the bread will slide to the backside bread tray, pls put the hook off the back tray up after getting the bread.
4. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
