The NOCO GEN5X1 is our most rugged, compact, and powerful onboard marine battery charger yet—37% smaller and delivering 43% more power than the previous GENM1. Designed to charge and maintain one 12-volt battery up to 120 amp-hours, it supports all types of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, including flooded, gel, AGM, and deep-cycle. With a 5-amp output per bank, it functions as a battery charger, maintainer, and desulfator, all in one. The GEN5X1 features selectable charging modes—12V, 12V AGM, 12V Lithium, and 12V Repair Mode—so you can safely and efficiently charge a wide range of batteries. An integrated thermal sensor adjusts charging based on ambient temperature, eliminating the risk of overcharging in heat or undercharging in cold conditions. It can even charge batteries as low as 1-volt, or down to zero volts with the all-new Force Mode. Engineered for harsh marine environments, it’s IP68-rated waterproof and built to withstand extreme vibration, shock, and submersion, thanks to its fully sealed enclosure and anti-vibration mounting system. Installation is simple and versatile, allowing mounting in any orientation—even upside down. Certified to UL1236, ISO 8846, and compliant with 33 CFR 183.410, this onboard charger is ready for serious marine duty. Included in the box is the GEN5X1 5-Amp 1-Bank charger with 72-inch DC cables featuring 3/8-inch (M10) eyelets, a 72-inch Type-B AC cable, two self-tapping mounting screws, a user guide, and a 3-year warranty.
