Q: How do I know the car fridge received is qualified? What should we do if other problems?
A: Please refer to service guide mentioned on door, user’s manual or contact us through Wallmart, we will reply within 24 hours
Q: It seems does not work when I push On/Off button
A: On/Off will work only after pushing for 5 seconds, This is designed to avoid unintentional touch
Q: Why the compressor stop and restart automatically?
A: The control Logic of refrigeration: Compressor will start to work 3 min after switch on fridge manually;
then it will stop once internal temperature reaches selected and will restart once internal temperature rises 3 degree higher than
temperature selected. this is the working cycle fridge repeats permemantly after power connection
For exmaple：should you set 5℃/41℉ degree, compressor will stop working when internal temperature reaches 5℃/41℉; then
cabinet temperature will rise slowly, once it reach 8℃/46.4℉, compressor will start working again.
should you want to keep something needs 2-8℃(35.6-46.4℉), please consider to select 4-5℃(39.2-41℉）
Q: Why temperature on led always changes？
A: First, the temperature displaying on screen is actual temperature inside cabinet, not temperature selected.
some big fridge for household, just show temperature selected, that why it looks no change all time.
Second, when Fridge compressor work/stop in cycle, cabinet temperature should change accordingly, which is normal.
Q: Can we connect the Portable fridge with household AC Power permanently?
A: Yes, Please use AC cable we provide
Q: Does the portable fridge include battery?
A: There is no battery inside fridge, but we can connect power bank after car stop
