➤CARBURETOR ASSEMBLY:
■1. Assemble the upper body and lower body of the carburetor.
Care should be taken to install the gasket when operating.
■2. Install the idle speed fluctuation compensator.

■3. Install the idle speed shut-off valve.
★First, put the needle valve and spring into the carburetor upper body hole, and set a good seal on the idle speed shut-off valve.
★Then install it to the carburetor and tighten it.
■4. Install the carburetor small throat and each quantity hole.
■5. Install the float and adjust the oil level of the float chamber.
■6. Connect the upper and lower body of the carburetor, install the damper puller and vacuum hose, connect the fast idle speed puller and accelerator pump piston, etc.
■7. Adjust the throttle opening, fast idle mechanism and engine idle speed.
■8. Adjustment of the operating mechanism, throttle manipulation mechanism, so that the throttle lever reaches the fully open throttle position.
