You can even cut branches directly on the ground. Regular chainsaws require you to prop up logs and branches to safely cut them. But the JAWSAW’s protective housing acts as that prop so you can cut fallen branches directly on the grass or pavement.
It’s only 7.9 lbs with the battery attached, that makes it easy to cut branches over your head, and just use in general. Its no-load speed is 1350 revs/min, so it’s got some bite to it. And the automatic chain tightening and oiling systems keep the blade and chain operating at peak efficiency at all times.
This particular Worx 20V Power Share JAWSAW Cordless Chainsaw doesn’t come with a battery. It’s meant for Power Share users that already have some batteries at home. That’s the great thing about Power Share tools, you save money because you don’t always have to buy the battery.
