Troubleshooting Steps
When you connect 3 or 4 pack batteries in series, one of the batteries does not work or one of the batteries has a voltage below 13V, which may be due to voltage imbalance caused by the series connection of batteries.
Solution
1. Disassemble all series connected batteries, charge them separately, and then parallel them for 1-2 hours to maintain the same voltage. Finally, connect the batteries in series；
2. It is recommended to purchase a battery voltage balancer to fundamentally solve the problem.
