The ceiling fan chandelier is suitable for the flat concrete ceiling. As for gypsum board or wood ceiling, you need to purchase a remodeling bracket in advance.
It is applicable for the ceiling greater than 110″ in height and capable of supporting 110 lbs.

Three E26 light bulbs are not included in the package. You need to buy them by yourself.
LED bulbs can also be replaced with incandescent, compact fluorescent and halogen bulbs.
Make sure to turn off the power before installation.
