Operation method:
1. Check whether the refrigeration system pressure of the machine is normal. Check that the ball valve at the front of the automatic drainage valve is open.
2. Send the power supply to the control box, press ON/OFF button switch ON button, machine contactor suction, compressor operation. At this time, the refrigerant low pressure gauge pointer should indicate that it is in the range of 60~85Psig. If the load exceeds this range, adjust it.
3. After the compressor runs smoothly, the pressure of the refrigerant high pressure gauge rises to between 120 and 240psi.
When the high pressure of the refrigerant is higher than this range, check whether the heat dissipation of the condenser is good, and whether the inlet temperature of the air compressor and the ambient temperature are too high. When the antifreeze switch is lower than 140Psig, the condensing fan stops running to increase the pressure to ensure the normal operation of the machine. If the machine is operated at low pressure for a long time, check whether the refrigeration system leaks.
4. Please turn off the air compressor before shutting down. After turning OFF the air compressor, press the ON/OFF switch to turn off the power supply of the machine.
Note:
1. Please turn on the cold dryer for about 5 minutes before using the gas.
2. It is recommended that the side of the power cable connected to the machine should be against the wall, with the front side at least 1 meter away from the wall and the back side at least 20 cm away from the wall.
3. The drain time can be adjusted. If it needs to be adjusted longer, the SEC key on the left can be adjusted to 2 seconds, and the MIN key on the right can be adjusted to 5 minutes (0-10 middle).
4. Be sure to wrap raw material tape or use liquid sealant when installing.
