This easy DIY pergola kit includes all the hardware you’ll need to build a wall-mounted pergola off house with roof. The completed 8′ x 8′ pergola attached to house with roof doesn’t have to be those exact dimensions; it can be 6-8 feet wide (attached to house) by 6-8 feet deep (out from the house) by 8-10 feet tall. The steel post base brackets (2), wall mount brackets (2) and corner brackets (2) for the pergola’s frame are made for 4×4 wood posts (actual size: 3.5″ x 3.5″) with 14-gauge premium steel (approximately 2.0mm thick). The 10 roof brackets included in the kit are made for 2×4 wood slats (actual size: 1.5″ x 3.5″). The easy DIY pergola kit also includes all of the stainless steel screws you’ll need to secure the 4×4 wood posts and 2×4 roof slats into the steel brackets. Wood (lumber) not included.
