These high volume magnetically coupled, wet rotor pumps are durable, reliable and energy-efficient. Their power and simplicity of operation make them the perfect choice for many water gardening applications, especially waterfalls. These pumps can be installed above or below the water; to make them inline, simply remove the screen. These pumps have overload sensor shut-off protection to keep them from overheating or burning out. These pumps can pass solids up to 1/4″ diameter.
Asynchronous, magnetically coupled pumps provide the best power efficiency for a high-volume submersible pump. For high head applications, though, examine the direct drive pumps.
