Measure the installation distance of the bracket.
Place the installation template against the wall and place it at the proper height by using a level.
Mark the center of the circle by positioning holes of appropriate width.
Remove the installation template and then punch holes in the marked positions.
Install the bracket.
Secure the perforated plate to the bracket.
Installation complete.
