Use 10 customizable user codes for family members and temporary codes that can be used just once for visitors or service personnel. The low battery indicator keeps you informed about the battery status. For extra security the lock will sound an alarm after 5 incorrect consecutive code entries and the keypad will be deactivated for 45 seconds for additional security. The deadbolt operates by 10 button keypad or key outside and thumb turn inside. The deadbolt is made to fit all standard doors 1-3/8 in. to 1-3/4 thick and the 4-way latch is adjustable for 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ backsets. The installation is easy and only requires a screwdriver.
