ATTENTION 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all stereo that are returned that are not defective.
There is a 35% restocking fee if the unit has been installed, dented, wires cut off, missing install kit, remotes (not all units come with remotes).
After 30 days, we will offer warranty parts or you can send the unit back for repairs, if it is within your 1 year warranty we will pay for parts, labor, and shipping to and from. If you are past the year you will need to pay for these services.
No returns past 30 days
If you ordered the wrong unit for your machine you will need to return and order the correct one, If you reorder from us we wave the restocking fee but you will still need to pay the return shipping. We highly suggest to call or message us if you are unsure what fits your machine.
Some units require drilling into cage.

We are a green company which means we do our best to reuse and not waste, so if your packaging has cardboard, kraft paper, bubble wrap ect please know we are doing it for the right reasons. All Swamp Donkey Stereo systems are hand made in the USA. Due to the manufacturing process small blemishes in the box finish may occur.
