Simple Key is a new way for consumers to easily replace modern car keys. The consumer-friendly kit includes a Keyless Entry Remote Key and EZ Installer pairing device. This 4-button remote includes Lock, Unlock, Trunk, and Panic functions. The key blade can be cut at most hardware stores, car dealers, or automotive locksmiths. Then, the EZ Installer is used to pair the key to the vehicle in just a few minutes. Works just like your OEM key. Avoid the hassle and expense of having to go to the dealership for pairing. The EZ Installer is a single vehicle use pairing tool. Once you use it on your vehicle, it cannot be used on another.
Important Note: In order for this Simple Key to work, you must have a dot stamped on your original key blade base AND the FCC ID must end in “BBY.” To check your key’s FCC ID, turn your key over or remove the remote case. The FCC ID is engraved on the back of the remote or under the remote case.
