The Cuisinart Outdoor Pizza Oven can turn anyone into a pizza-making master! This thoughtfully-designed and easy-to-use pizza oven takes all of the guess work out of cooking pizzas. The Pizza Pre-Set Temperature Zone allows you to easily dial in the perfect cooking temperature. Simply pre-heat the oven on high and once the thermometer reaches the “PIZZA” zone, turn the knob to the corresponding setting on the dial and you’re ready to cook. This helps to match the oven temperature with the stone temperature, ensuring your pizza cooks evenly on the top and bottom. The Dual-Hinged Lid is a Patent Pending design that features a front-access pizza door to easily add and remove pizza with minimal heat loss. When you’re done cooking pizzas, flip the lid open to easily clean inside the oven. The lid is also double-wall insulated allowing for faster pre-heat, temps over 800° F, and a cook time of under 5 minutes. To create perfectly cooked crusts, the oven features a 13″ round cordierite pizza stone to retain and distribute heat evenly across the surface. Our Thermo-Flo Technology utilizes a 15,000 BTU burner that heats the stone from the bottom, allowing for natural convection around the pizza, preventing hot spots that can burn and ruin your pizza.
