When does the fuel pump need to be replaced?
1.Engine hard to coldstart——The failure of safe valve cause the fuel system pressure decreased
Vehicle makes high pitched sound when the engine is first engaged
2.Sudden trouble accelerating
Acceleration and power are both getting down——-The entry of filth into the pump leads to the over-worn of the pump body and the impeller, causing the decrease of the pump’s pumping function
3.Low fuel pressure
Difficulty starting the car——A weakened fuel pump can cause the vehicle to take more cranks to start than normal, and in more serious cases may even cause the vehicle to require multiple turns of the key before it will start.
4.The car can’t put on the gas, serious direct put out
