We supply a water filtration straw for every 2 family members – giving you ample amounts of filtered fresh water. If you are going to keep this kit at home, we recommend stocking a case of fresh drinking water next to it as well.
Along with the food and water provided in the kit, we provide a camping stove, an electric lighter and a number of solar powered products and a solar battery bank to charge them. Lastly, you get a number of standard survival items like emergency sleeping bags and a first aid kit full of supplies.

Disaster that holds you in place is often short lived, meaning 3 days is generally what’s needed before more resources can be obtained. That being said, this kit contains a LOT of food – meaning you could easily ration beyond 3 days – with adequate water, humans can live up to 2 months with zero food. 4200 calories total per person would extend that significantly, but certainly wouldn’t be comfortable.
