Open Steps
Since it’s delivered in compressed package, it may look thinner than expected, please do the following steps before use: 1.Take out mattress pad. 2.Shake and pat it. 3.Tumble dry on low heat for 20 minutes. 4.It will take its shape and you will get a soft mattress pad.

2.Machine wash and Cold water circulation: Dry at low temperature, Machine washing at high temperature may damage the elasticity of the mattress pad, so it is best to dry it at a low temperature under a gentle cycle of cold water. Please do not iron, bleach or dry clean.
3.The surface of the mattress pad has a cool sensation, but due to its filling, it may also feel very hot, so it is recommended to use a fan or air conditioner in a very hot environment. On cold days, just add a quilt and use it together to add warmth and comfort.
4.Because it is vacuum packed, it takes some time to recover the thickness. The best way to restore the thickness is to put it in the sun for 24 hours after washing.
