MFM’s WindowWrap PSX 20 is constructed of a tough, aluminized multi-layer polymer film and coated with specially formulated rubberized asphalt, patented WindowWrap stands up to UV rays like no other product and effectively stops water leaks around windows and doors while reducing outdoor noise and air infiltration. The aggressive adhesive from the flashing tape securely bonds the window flange to the exterior wall and the rubberized asphalt self-seals around nails, screws, and staples. The asphalt tape is designed for the professional homebuilder – where construction delays are common – the tough, durable, aluminized surface of WindowWrap is unaffected by UV exposure for a minimum of 6 months after being applied to the window.
WindowWrap PSX 20 is a patented, self-adhering 25 mil waterproofing flashing tape constructed of a tough, aluminized, multi-layer polymer film.
