The Monte Carlo 44″ Designer Max II features a 172.0 X 14.0 3 speed motor with a 14-degree blade pitch. It is 44″ version of the popular Designer Max 52″ by Monte Carlo. Featuring clean lines and a slim housing profile, the Designer Max II adds refined style to a wide variety of room decor. For smaller spaces, the more compact 44″ blade sweep and included flush mount canopy make the Designer Max II a top choice. The fan is offered in four finishes with reversible dual-finished blades, which are also double beveled, resulting in better air flow, increased energy efficiency, and tailored look. Minimum ceiling height is 8 feet, 1 inch and is operated by a pull chain.
