The NOCO GEN5X3 is our most rugged, compact, and powerful 3-bank onboard marine battery charger yet—37% smaller and delivering 43% more power than the previous GENM3. Designed to charge and maintain three 12-volt batteries up to 120 amp-hours each, it supports all types of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, including flooded, gel, AGM, and deep-cycle. With 5 amps per bank, it provides precise charging, maintenance, and desulfation for each battery independently. The GEN5X3 features fully selectable charging modes on each bank—12V, 12V AGM, 12V Lithium, and 12V Repair Mode—allowing total control and flexibility across multiple battery types. Integrated thermal sensing technology ensures optimal charging performance by compensating for temperature extremes, avoiding overcharging in hot conditions and undercharging in cold ones. It can charge batteries as low as 1-volt, or activate Force Mode to initiate charging on completely dead batteries down to zero volts. IP68-rated and tested under extreme conditions, the GEN5X3 is built to survive vibration, shock, and water immersion, with a sealed housing and anti-vibration mount design. It installs easily in any direction—including upside down—and meets all major safety certifications: UL1236, ISO 8846, and 33 CFR 183.410. Included in the box is the GEN5X3 15-Amp 3-Bank charger with 72-inch DC cables featuring 3/8-inch (M10) eyelets, a 72-inch Type-B AC cable, six self-tapping mounting screws, a user guide, and a 3-year warranty.
