1. Please note that since the tip of the skewer is facing downwards, and when you grill vegetables they may slide downwards, so try to add metal clips to the tip of the skewer to hold it in place when grilling vegetables.
2. Please note that the oil pan must be filled with 2/3 cold water and cannot be baked dry (take out the charcoal bucket and add water when baking dry).
