Very fine aromas from the oak maturation of 36 months (vanillas, spices and aromatic herbs) perfectly blended with very mature fruit bouquet. Pairs well with grilled or roasted meat dishes such as NY strip steak, beef tenderloin, lamb chops, venison stew.
