Quik Grip Square Rod Alloy CAM Chains provide excellent traction and durability for both on & off road applications. 5.5mm Square Rod Alloy tire chains are made from high grade manganese alloy steel. Alloy tire chains wear considerably longer than regular carbon steel chains. The square rod cross chain design provides greater traction than traditional light truck link chains. CAMs are pieces of stamped steel that are placed on the outside rail (chain) of the tire chain. The keyhole on the CAM allows a tool to be inserted and turned which takes up slack in the chain. CAM tool # QG20088 is supplied in each bag. Chain tighteners are not required. Does not meet S.A.E. Class “S” Requirements
