STA-BIL Diesel Formula Fuel Stabilizer
STA-BIL Diesel Formula Fuel Stabilizer is a diesel additive that keeps fuel fresh for quick, easy starts and maximized for engine performance. Designed for use with all diesel engines, and all diesel fuels, Sta-Bil Fuel Stabilizer – Diesel formula prevents sludge and sediment formation, cleans and lubricates fuel injectors to improve performance and helps remove water that microbes and algae require for growth. It is safe to use and recommended for use at every fill up, with the 32 ounce bottle treating up to 320 gallons of fuel.
For in-season use: 1 ounce 30 milliliter treats up to 10 gallons 38 liters of fuel. For storage: Use 1 ounce 30 milliliter to 5 gallons 19 liters. Do not overtreat. Diesel Formula STA-BIL is recommended for use at every fill up for year round protection. Product does not contain alcohol.

Why Should I Use Diesel Formula Fuel Stabilizer?
In 2006, the EPA mandated the reformulation of diesel fuels, reducing sulfur content to less than 15 ppm. These newly reformulated diesel fuels, called Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel and Bio-Diesel, are less stable than diesel fuels of the past. The reduction in sulfur also means less lubrication to protect the diesel engine from wear, leading to more breakdowns and major engine problems. Diesel Formula STA-BIL is specially formulated to help prevent sludge and sediment formation and the darkening of diesel fuel. Diesel Formula STA-BIL contains high levels of detergents and lubricity agents, and when used regularly, haleps remove these sediments as well as any engine deposits that may have already formed, in addition to lubricating critical fuel system components to kepp your diesel engine running like new.
