Once you enter the correct 6-digit electronic combination and turn the handle, you’ll feel the bolts retract and stay in place while the door is open due to the bolt detent system. Once you close the door, the detent will activate automatically locking the safe meaning you’ll never have to remember if you locked the safe, as soon as that door closes, you can rest assured you are secure. The Stealth Burglary safe is true to its name with a full 1/2″ steel plate door protected by two 1″ solid steel chrome locking bolts. The total door thickness measures 3″ and in the event of a drill attack, the lock is protected by a relocker that will automatically fire the bolts preventing access. The Stealth Burglary Safe comes standard with one fixed shelf and 4 pre-drilled bolt down holes located on the bottom of the safe. This will allow you to bolt the safe down to a solid surface and is highly recommended to prevent a thief from just stealing the entire safe and opening it on their own time.
