Question and Answer about the portable EV ChargerHow to adjust the current and set timed charging？
1.Long press the control button, wait for the indicator light to complete the progress bar, and the page for current adjustment and timed charging settings will be displayed
2.Press the control button once to select current setting or timer setting. Long press (wait for the indicator light to complete the progress bar) to enter current regulation or timer setting
3.Press the control button to switch current size (8-10-13-16A) or timed charging (2/4/6/8 hours).Press and hold again(wait for the indicator light to complete the progress bar) to complete the settings. Then the screen will show “SUCCESS”
Why does the EV Charger feel a bit hot when charging?
The current passing through EV Charger will cause it to feel a bit hot to the touch, which is a normal phenomenon for all charging products. Our product has overheating protection. If the temperature is too high during charging, the current will be automatically down to cool down, and the current will be automatically increased after the temperature has decreased. So please don’t worry!
Why is the actual charging current different from the described current?
Please check if the correct current is set firstly. And please confirm whether the maximum charging power of your electric vehicles meets the set charging current (if the vehicles only supports up to 13A charging, even if 16A current is set, it will only charge according to the current power of 13A)
